Standing Shoulder Press
Shoulders, chest, arms
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, holding the MUTT Bar’s wide grip above your chest. Push upward, lifting the Bar above your head, locking out your arms. Bring the Bar back down to the starting position.
Front Raises
Shoulders
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, holding the MUTT Bar’s wide grip. With your arms straight, lift the Bar up to chest height so your arms are parallel to the ground. Lower the bar back to the starting position.
Seated Shoulder Press
Shoulders, chest, arms
Sit on a stable chair or bench with your feet planted on the ground, holding the MUTT Bar’s wide grip above your chest. Push upward, lifting the Bar above your head, locking out your arms. Bring the Bar back down to the starting position.
