MUTT Cowbells offer destabilization resistance through a subtle swing motion when implemented in barbell exercises.
This destabilization encourages proper barbell path and improves control of muscle engagement.
Description
The MUTT Cowbell’s center is bored to fit over standard Olympic barbells. Its center of gravity causes the Cowbells to swing slightly as the barbell travels through an exercise movement.
This swing motion activates stabilizing muscle groups in a similar fashion to training with bands and chains. Each face of the Cowbell is cast with interlocking tabs for stacking multiple Cowbells.
The integrated handle is convenient for weight loading but also allows the Cowbells to perform a variety of other exercises traditionally performed with Kettlebells, such as Farmer Carries and Shrugs.
